This is much easier to use then the UltraSurf Guide.
Step 1 : Download Cheat Engine 5.5
Cheat engine is designed for online gaming but it works perfectly with Justin.tv
Step 2 : Start your Firefox Browser and run Cheat Engine 5.5
Click on the symbol process list
Step 3 : Search in the Process List for "firefox" and open it
Click on the symbol process list and open it
Step 4 : Enable Speedhack put speed to 0,0 and apply
